Homebound

The Freestone Navarro Bi-County Co-op's Homebound Teacher is a professional who is certified by the Texas Education Agency to teach students with disabilities.  Often students are the victim of an accident or chronic illness that prevents routine school attendance.  This teacher serves as liaison between home and school to facilitate uninterrupted educational progress.
