The Co-op employs two Teachers of the Visually Impaired and one Orientation and Mobility Specialist. These TEA certified professionals instruct children having vision problems in Braille and how to maneuver within society. The Co-op provides services to students with very limited vision and those with no vision at all. The Freestone Navarro Bi-County Co-op has joined with neighboring schools to form the Tri-County Consortium to better serve our visually impaired students in Freestone, Limestone, and Navarro Counties.
